Openjpeg error while building bpy 3.3.1

Hello there,
I’m trying to build Blender Python module from the source code. I did successfully build it with Cuda enabled, but now, I want to enable Optix too. I’ve made the changes in the cmake config (WITH_CYCLES_DEVICE_OPTIX and OPTIX_ROOT_DIR are set). But when I build bpy, I have this error :

Error is about openjpeg.h file. But this file exists in lib directory created at the build startup (lib\win64_vc15\openjpeg\include\openjpeg-2.5).

Specs are Windows 11, source from tags/v3.3.1, Visual Studio 2019, Optix SDK 7.3.0, Cuda 11.4.4

Any idea what’s going wrong ?

Looks like one module of Blender is looking for openjpg-2.3 while the one downloaded was openjpg-2.5. I am executing the build again with both folders available.

I’ve been trying with/without CUDA/Optix ; v3.3.1, 3.2.1, … It all fails now. If I put the 2 openjpg versions next to each other, it builds until I get an error :
