OSL for anamorphic glare

I found an interesting composition


and simply modified it

Work’s fine, but the major trouble - poor performance (10 seconds for 1080p footage)
So I think it would be faster to work on the osl.
Help me to realize this composition in the texture shader, such as

maybe, it will be not one node, but also in the individual:

  • blur, -levels,-translate nodes of the shader
