Pagoda - Inspired by Ghost of Tsushima


A personal project depicting a Japanese Pagoda that was inspired by the videogame Ghost of Tsushima

the Project is rendered at the resolution of 2560x1440 at 500 samples.

the Modelling of the Pagoda itself was entirely made in Blender.

Texturing was done in Substance Painter

And post production was done in Blender Compositor, Photoshop and Lightroom Classic

Somehow i think the lighting on the right tree and the tree itself is very… interesting

Can confirm. Stared at that specific tree for 10 minutes just admiring how the light hits the leaves. Personally I love the mountain in the back, I’m a sucker for atmospheric occlusion.

Hello, thank you for appreciating my work!

The lightning on the tree turned out the way it did by a complete accident, I was playing around with the sky texture node paramters and it just happened, as Bob Ross would say “there are no mistakes just happy accidents”
