That was entirely my error, and unfortunately I’m unable to edit or delete the original post — so I wanted to correct it here as soon as possible. (I was waiting for this post to be approved and assumed it went into a black hole - I also want to apologise it’s taken so long to come back and address this! I just saw a successful applicant come through our pipeline and realised this post was successfully posted)

The reason we ask for a short unpaid test to help us fairly assess skills before moving forward with paid work. It’s meant to reflect the actual work you’d be doing, and we’ve tried to keep it brief and respectful of your time.

Just to be clear: the test won’t be published or used in any content, and you’re absolutely welcome to include a watermark if that helps you feel more comfortable.
