Blender Artist Needed for YouTube Channel - Take Ownership and Grow with Us!
We are looking for an experienced Blender artist who is not only skilled in 3D animation but is also eager to take full responsibility for the content creation and management of a YouTube channel. The channel already has a solid foundation with 70k-100k subscribers(I’m not giving exact numbers for confidentiality reasons.), has generated $17,500 in the last 3 years, earned $1,042 in the last year and earned $20 in the last month(money so low these months because we literally do nothing on the channel). However, due to a growing workload and multiple channels, we need someone to handle everything from content creation to channel management.
What Will You Do?
- Create 360-degree animations: You will be responsible for animating content around themes like children’s games (e.g., Friday Night Funkin’, Friday Night Friday) and trending memes (Skibidi Toilet, Sonic Tapes, Amazing Circus Digital). Your animation work will be the foundation of the videos.
- Trend analysis: The internet and meme culture evolve rapidly. You’ll need to stay up to date with trending content, identify emerging memes, and create videos based on what’s currently popular. You’ll also need to create videos about popular hits within your channel’s theme.
- Manage the channel: This will be your channel. You’ll have full creative control over what content is produced and uploaded. From picking video ideas to creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, and optimizing tags for searchability, you’ll do it all.
- Optimize for views and engagement: One of the most important aspects of the role is creating attention-grabbing thumbnails. You need to design thumbnails that will make viewers click, using your creativity to catch their attention and stand out in a crowded YouTube feed.
- Video uploading and optimization: You will be responsible for uploading the videos, filling out the metadata (title, description, tags), and applying your knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm to ensure videos reach a large audience.
- Maintain consistency: The channel has built a successful audience over time. You’ll need to keep the momentum going by maintaining the type of content that resonates with the audience while introducing fresh ideas and trends.
What We Expect from You:
- Blender expertise: You should be proficient with Blender and able to create smooth, high-quality 3D animations, especially in a 360-degree format.
- Understanding of YouTube: While experience with a massive YouTube channel isn’t required, a good understanding of how YouTube works is essential. This includes:
- Knowledge of trending topics and memes.
- Ability to design click-worthy thumbnails.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, how to optimize videos for discoverability, and what makes a video go viral.
- Familiarity with analytics to track performance and optimize content.
- Independence: You should be able to handle everything from idea generation to video creation without needing detailed instructions. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively and manage the channel as if it were their own.
- Drive and dedication: This isn’t a job where you can just create a video and walk away. You’ll need to invest time into researching trends, keeping up with the meme culture, and staying proactive about uploading content regularly.
Compensation:
- Revenue Split: You will receive 70% of the earnings from the videos you create, while I will keep 30%.
- Flexible Income: The more videos you create, the more money you can earn. You are free to upload as many videos as you like—your income depends entirely on your output.
- Transparency: At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of the revenue generated by your videos, along with any taxes that are deducted. Payments will be made promptly based on the agreed percentage.
- Trial Period: We will start with a 2-month trial period to ensure that we’re both happy with the working relationship. If everything goes well, we’ll move to a more long-term arrangement with an estimated period of 1 year, with the possibility of extending.
Additional Information:
- Channel Access: For security reasons, I cannot provide full access to the YouTube channel immediately. However, I will share important data, including video statistics, earnings, and any other relevant information with you. If everything goes well and we build trust over time, full access may be granted.
- Tools and Support: I’ll provide the tools and office space for you to create and work from. My role is to assist with things like uploading videos, providing data, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
