Hello, i was wondering if there is away to do something like this in Blender with geometry nodes or any other way ?
Bit of a hacky solution, but yes, using Fillet Curve and Fill Curve you can achieve this effect:

The “hack” here is distributing the individual curve axis along the x axis before using fill and then using mesh island to move them back and changing the z-location. Apparently any stored attribute information is lost after fill. Maybe this changes in versions after 3.1.1
Edit: Here a slightly less hacky version that uses Attribute Transfer to attach the attributes to the filled curves instead of relying on mesh island:
