Parent a Bone and Objects to a Vertex?

Can you parent a bone and objects to a vertex? Is there any way to name a specific vertex within one mesh, then parent separate objects to that named vertex?

Solution: Looks like you snap cursor to the desired vertex, Then snap the object to the cursor, Hit Ctrl + P and parent to vertex, and the bone or object will follow that particular vertex within the parent object’s mesh.

Or select the bone/object you want as the child, shift select the object that has the vertex, select the vertex and Ctrl+P / Make Vertex Parent.
