Part of texture not showing up on character

As my title says, I am having an issue where part of my uv texture is not showing up on my character model. I am using GLSL shading, and I have both a spot light and a hemi light to light the character.

As you can see in the picture, the bandoleer is not textured on the character, however on the uv panel the section for it is textured appropriately. I can not for the life of me figure out what is going on, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has the model got more than 1 material.
Are the UVs correct
Better if you supply a blend file and texture rather than an incomplete screeshot

That belt is using the material in the second material slot, delete it.
