I’m trying to render a particle system with dupliverts under Blender 2.49, and for some reason it will only duplicate the object for the vertices of the emitter and not for each particle. Is there a reason or a fix for this?
To “duplicate from particles” you should enable children for the particle system (and probably create a second particle system for those children).
