This is probably a stupid question, but I went from Blender v2.20 straight to the newest version and can’t find the buttons to make particles anymore… Where are they?
In the object buttons (F7). The Effect panel is probably hidden as part of a tabbed panel with Constraints and Particle Interaction. To see it, just click on the upper tabs of the panel.
