Particles rotations

Hi,

I do not want rotations with particles but I get this result where particles have rotation and their names are lost.
What am I doing wrong?

Try using Grid based Distribution, lower the grid resolution and turn up the randomness. I always zero out my ROT/LOC/SCALE on the particle source, too. Your sources are just hanging around, off in space. Under collections remember to check Object Rotation.
