You can try Copy Particles to Rigid Bodies
It’s a very old Script but it works for me in Blender 3.6.
Don’t execute the Script (“version”: (0, 0, 20) in the TestFile.
Clear it and paste the 2.80 Script (“version”: (0, 0, 21) from Dropbox in it.
