I saw a interface design that I wanted to utilize, they had a link that went to Pasteall.org. I saw a lot of coding and wondered how to add this as an option to my Blender program.

If it is python code, copy and save the code into a .py file. Then load it into Blender’s text editor or, if it’s an addon, install it in the user preferences or put it into the addon directory. Hard give any solid advice until you explain a more clear. ‘Code as an option’ is a somewhat vague term.
