This is a Library full of Free PBR Textures.
They are Seamless and contain all the Maps like Albedo, Reflectivity, Roughness, Normal and other maps

Why not create an easy to use add-on to apply textures like you did with materials?
Simply because of a lot of factors:
1 the number of Textures is growing everyday, so it is impossible to update an Addon everyday
2 since the number of textures is growing, also the size of the entire Library is growing, and so it would be not usabile
3 there are different types of Textures like for leaves there is another workflow than tiles for example, and so it is really hard to write a single Python code to import them and automaticamente connect them to the Nodes, also because if you change some Nodes, the addon will give you errors
