PBR volume and + 3D lines?

is there a way to use PBR volume in some object and have inside with some
3D thin wavy lines ?

if possible using cycles nodes and may be with Geom nodes

I couldn’t get it to accept the Wave texture in GN, it just killed the Monkey from view…so I’m not sure ATM what I am missing…( Way too early in the morning for that…)

could not find many examples on how to use it and what it can do !

i’d like to see more examples using BPR volume
