Wow, that update really was soon! The scene looks epic, great work! I can’t decide which version I like best! :star_struck:

Thanks for the support, I’m glad you liked it! It was supposed to just have the stormy sky at first, but I’ve always wanted to make a scene with clear, sunny weather, so I had to take the chance!

Very nice! Reminds me of AC Origins - great vibe!

Since you asked for feedback - to me the sun-lighting of the stormy version is looking way too strong. With a sky like this, the light should be imo much more diffuse like you would see it on an overcast day…
The blue sky version works, in the stormy version the sky looks a bit photoshopped in…

Thank you so much for the support and feedback!

You’re absolutely right, AC Origins was definitely an inspiration while designing the scene! I’m really glad someone noticed its influence, it’s great to see that it’s coming through in the work! :raised_hands:

I also appreciate your thoughts on the lighting in the stormy version. You’re probably right, though I intentionally focused on creating strong contrast against the sky rather than striving for pure realism. I like to imagine that there was a brief break in the storm clouds behind the camera, letting some light through
