I am trying to create a material library and would like to have some input from the node (for example scale of mapping) to be a parameter easily accessible in the material tab on the side (so without having to go into the nodes) is there an way to do this?
You can make a node group( Ctrl + G ). If that group is connected to the material output its inputs are going to be shown in the material tab as well:
Thanks, it works! so for example I want the scale of the mapping to be in the material panel, Iput everything in a group with the imput beging the scale, but I end up with the 3 values. So I do the same but by adding a combine xyz node before but I still end up with scale XYZ individually in the material panel. is there a way to combine it into one value?
