Pink textures... yeah I know but I tried those solutions

I know this is a common problem and there are many posts regarding dealing with it, I tried all the points here and no luck…

And here’s where it gets weird, in Material Preview mode, the textures work, just not in render mode/rendering.

Extra info: I’m using UDIMs and the textures are imported from Substance Painter.

The UVs look fine, and as I said it all lines up in Material Preview mode. I tried re-exporting the textures to a new file, and hooking them up to the mesh after appending it into a new Blend file, I thought it might be some random bug. But no luck.

Any ideas?

The texture shown in the UV editor doesn’t have to be the same as in the shader setup… actually you are seeing only one texture but could have multiple textures in the shader…

Also let us know what:

does really mean…

Because it’s difficult to guess if no further info (like shader setup) is given…

Material Preview does use the Eevee engine… so maybe you Material Output isn’t using All or Cycles ?? ← but that’s still guessing…

Hello, maybe pack your images and share your file?

Does it have a Bump Node?
I have seen when sometime a Bump Node added to the normal slot will do this…or just a missing HDRI?

missing files! your link to some texture is broken. Maybe you moved them. Maybe try Menu 'File > external data > find missing files … ’ and see

Turns out I just had to restart Blender, for whatever magical reason it worked. But thanks for your help guys.
