This is the result of a 3D scene sketch I did.
I was recently inspired some concept art done by Kirsten Harri and thought I’d set myself a little challenge of making something similar after work with the goal being to have a result by the time I went to sleep.
Needless to say I was up until quite late…
But I am pretty excited by the result. It’s been a while since I had done something like this.
Hope you like it and feel free to let me know what I can improve on.
I wanted to push more of this painted style so maybe that is something I can explore more but here is the planet surface material that I made in Substance Designer.
