I’ve been looking at ways to make a big twisted Tree and at the moment playing around with Plant Factory but can’t find an example of this type of tree. Sorry I don’t have a better image, the second at the top right is what I’m going for …

There are a few options - rotate the axis with axis spline node & twist the displacement for example basic setup :

Or combine different segment and twist - not sure what type off tree you want to make …
