please help me on how i do with proportional editing

hi guys
im new in blender
this is just a example what i want to do
i have a normal box and i want to do it like in the picture( from side view like a parallelogram), how do i do this with proportional editing, because i have a complicated mesh that i want to edit with proportional editing

Blender has a ‘shear’ function that will do exactly this. In blender 2.4x the keyboard shortcut is ‘Ctr + S’ and in Blender 2.5x it’s ‘Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S’.

Just select everything and then use the tool
