Most of times, problems are related to cache.
You can add another Flow object inside same domain.
If that one is emitting a visible smoke, that means that problem does not come from domain.
So, you have to look at Flow object settings.
If no smoke is emitted, that means that problem is related to domain settings.
I fixed it, but no idea how, I’ve tried pasting all of the models and every item into a new file , and it did not work, now I’ve pasted the objects 1 by 1 and it’s working, no idea why

That is a way to break relations between objects.
There probably was a relation responsible to break expected result in original blend file.
Well anyways thanks for helping out, first time using smoke simulations and had no idea why it wasn’t working
