Poltrona 1938 by Exteta

Although my main work focuses on architectural modelling, which generally doesn’t even require correct topology, I occasionally find myself modelling elements that do require careful topology to avoid visual artefacts.

For this reason, I often spend some of my free time exploring the archiproducts website looking for a piece of furniture or a lamp to model. I find the task of modelling pleasurable, I would even say relaxing, and it also helps me to stay agile in the face of the challenges that some models sometimes present when trying to recreate them faithfully.

Recently, I decided to model an Exteta armchair, using MOTW and Polygon textures. Although I didn’t manage to find the original fabric texture, I managed to get a similar one to fit the design. I hope you enjoy the model and perceive its realism.
