I thought it would be cool to simulate sss with this head, since the feature is supposed to be integrated into cycles a long time from now. Next I have to figure out how to do convincing curls.
I think I found a good way to make curls, here a pic in case anyone’s interested. Those are just 3 different levels of ‘curl’ meshes. The head is covered by those until the fro looks alright.
Almost done now, just a few more things I want to try
