Pose Influencing Physics


Is it possible to have the physics bounds of an object that is parented to a bone (parented, not weight painted) follow that object as it moves due to the pose of the bone?

You can bone parent an object to a bone:

  • Select the object
  • Shift+right click to also select the armature
  • Go into pose mode
  • Select a bone
  • Press ctrl+p and select bone parent

I have that done, it still doesn’t follow 0_o
