Pose mode crashes Blender (4.0.1)

I am unable to work on my model because Blender constantly crashes in Pose Mode.

Sometimes it crashes as soon as I enter pose mode, sometimes when I click a control handle, sometimes while dragging/rotating a control handle (you can see the mesh deforming correctly for a moment, though I haven’t fixed the weight yet), sometimes when pressing Escape to cancel a pose…

I tried deleting the rig and regenerating it (using Rigify), but got same results.
The crash log does not help.
Any ideas?
