I’ve already cleared all user rotation, and also tried alt R etc… when I press the reset position button ever thing looks good, but in pose position is pressed the head legs and arms twist in a funny direction how do I fix this without redoing everything?

hmm agh that’s no good the file is very sensitive could you maybe use a screen shot? please tell me what you would like to see.
strip everthing out but your rig save it to a different file and upload that.

If you go to Window> Toggle System Console, it says you have a Dependency Cycle with your IKs.
As far as I can tell, your IK control bones should be parented to your root bone, but your skeleton has the root behind it?
There is also an issue with the arms: bend them a little bit towards the elbow so the IK works.

Need to watch your bone rolls and get your skeleton behaving better. I wasn’t sure what you were trying to do with your head neck IK so I didn’t do anything with that, but it is functional.
Good Luck and let us know how you came out. I’m sure that there are better ways to do this, but we don’t really know what you are trying to do on your animation.
