Modeling, texturing, rendering, compositing dne in Blender.
99% of procedural texture, only the scratch aren’t procedural.

Nice work! Reminds me of the old metal diving suits! Very vintage looking. If I may give one small critique, the eyes seem just slightly too close together. Great use of texturing!
