Problem DAE with SMD animation in Blender

can someone tell me why this happens
first I import the DAE model
then I import the .smd animation which generates an armature for the model
I assign the armature to the DAE model and deform it
even if I remove the existing armature and assign a new one
the model is deformed
and apparently uv mapping doesn’t work either
like in the right shoe

somebody thinks it’s the orientation of the bones
how do I solve it

what could be the problem, how do I fix it?

The dae file is not compatible with smd, with 3ds max it imports the dae and exports it as smd, then you import the smd model and if it is strange try to put the xyz location to o, press A in pose mode to select all bones, change the location to 0 with Alt pressed to change the location of all bones and do this for all frames.
