Problem with export and save textures

Hello everyone, I am a game developer in roblox, my task at the moment is to export a model from roblox to a blender while preserving the texture and color that is configured in Roblox studio. When opening this model in a blender, it changes color to white, but the texture remains, and by the way, the pbr texture. This has never happened before, please help.
