Problem with foot rig

I’ve been having trouble with the feet on my rig. Whenever I move the foot controller bone down past a certain distance, the foot bone twists out of shape. A similar rig that I downloaded (included in the file) does not have this problem. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of my problem, but it still persists.

the third ik bone don’t have any pole target, so it rotates. you can asign the same pole target as the shin, the second one. but, of course, if u link the pole target to the foot_control, and let it in the position it is now, it’s going to rotate too when you move down and the pole target go above the foot ik system.
