Hi,
I have this problem where the other side of the object sticks out more than the other one. The object is even, I have checked it already and even started over several times but this problem still occurs. Is there a way to fix this?

Have you changed your scene’s clipping properties? If your distance between the start and end clipping distances is too big you will end up with clipping issues.
Good clipping range, no issues.
If that’s not the issue, could you provide a different angle?
The clipping range is not the issue sadly. The issue seems to be the sharp object that intersects with the other object. In the first picture, the sharp object intersects with another sharp object while in the second picture, it intersects with a flat object (a cube).
Hello could you please share your object?
Your objects are not symmetrical, here object called Cube before symmetrizing:
And after symmetrizing (in Edit mode > Mesh > Symmetrize, choose the axis in the Operator Box):
Looks like it’s solving the twist in the face asymmetrically
Here’s how it looks with triangulation done manually
Thank you, this has solved my issue.
