For some reason (probably because I’m bad at modelling) when I make smooth shading active strange lines will show up in the mesh (picture 2.) :S Is there some fix to it because I would really like to have the mesh smooth (If that sentence made any sense). FEEL free to fix it for me or give me instructions how to fix it

I may not be exactly sure where you are talking about, but you have an edge split modifier on the model. That takes all sharp edges and separates them, making some of you edges not appear smooth.
