Problem with two factor authentication

When I try to log in with my other (original) acct, I get a prompt for two-factor authentication, however my authenticator app took a seawater plunge last year along with my phone. Can my original account be reset or deleted so that I can reuse the username and email address I generally use?

When you created the 2FA code you received some backup codes. Do you still have those? If not, email me at [email protected] from the email address that is associated to that account and I can disable the 2FA for you.
