problems at fur

so ., a wannna make a wolf with fur but i just don’t know ,how to make it fur covered a mesh where i want and am so tired edit and modfy particle, this some picture where the problems

look it’s more like a wolf dolls than real wolf

if you had tutorials link or recommended particles setting system it will so thanksfull
