Problems with cache

I am trying to cache physics for farm render, but don’t get a right result. I have anime hairs , which I tied to armature and construction with physics on it. Made a rigid body cache of hairs and physics structure and also made a bake of all dynamics. But it doesn’t work.
The right result I get only when I render frame by frame… But when I choose frames like 10-14 the physics is gone. Can anyone help me with that? I haven’t found tutorials that will explain how to make the cache .
