I have some trobles with modelig because some parts of my mesh are behaving really strange, when I try to delete face and unite it again it is getting even worse. Does anybody know how to deal with it? Photos are belowe

maybe one of the following solutions might help:

Some of the normals may point to the wrong direction. Try to recalculate the normals (shift+N)

Activate Harden Normals under Shading in the Bevel Modifier

Your model seems to have huge dimensions because there aren’t any bevels visible even though you have the bevel amount of 0.1 which is pretty large. Maybe those large dimensions cause those glitches on the surface. Try to downscale the model.
