i need help on having the procedural not affecting like the mouth and eyes, since im going for more of a scaly skin for the model.
You can use an image texture as a mask for the effect of the procedural texture depending on how you use that in your shader tree - I usually plug in an image texture using my UV map into the fac input of a color mix node and use the two channels there as inputs for the procedural and the non- affected.
