Project image onto instance/array

Hello,
I have a hard time figuring out how to project an image onto instances/array.

I want to create a football field.
The grass is made with particle system (or with gscatter), I did a small patch of 1x1m of grass and want to instance/array it to create the whole field.
And I want to paint white the grass where the lines of the field is.

I thought of using an image node within the material of the grass. But when I use array it will repeat on each patch.
So maybe using an image projection could be the solution.

I’ve searched on YouTube and Google, but can’t find anything.
I’m open to a better approach to my problem.

Thanks.

You can use object cords set to an empty to map the texture, I think you will find more problems arraying billions of grass particles for an entire football field.
