Proportional Editing - Influence Falloff (NOT VIA MOUSE SCROLL)

The proportional editing falloff influence is so large (which is displayed at the bottom of screen) that scrolling through doesn’t seem to help – I could be at it for 10 minutes…

There must be a simple way to go to a part of the tool shelf and reset it (i.e., “1”) so that the influence circle can be viewed again within “reasonable” zoom distance of the view.

Does anyone know where to find this?

No. just restart a new file and impress which way you have to scroll the mouse wheel for reducing the size.:stuck_out_tongue:

I would turn off proportional edit, zoom out in the scene, then turn it back on so you can see the influence area circle.
