Hey, i have been trying to make a short film for tornado awareness week, and i tried to make a high resolution tornado using the smoke simulator, but keep crashing my computer, what am i doing wrong? (FYI on my physics panel i have divisions set at 26)
Moved from “General Forums > Blender and CG Discussions” to “Support > Particles and Physics Simulations”
Crashes are usually not enough RAM for the settings you have (been my experience anyway).
Have you seen this tut and method?
You could pull down a working version of a tornado and see if it crashes your system.
