Could you explain how you make the eyes conform to the face? They’re not spherical, right? You used a lattice or something?

It looks brilliant, but a noobie like me only has a minor criticism, it looks like it could do with an added skin texture as it looks a bit “china doll”. Not sure what (you all probably know), maybe a normal map of maybe baby skin images or whatever (childs, youthful etc)? Just a thought for a little less “china” look…
