Putting ShapeKey animations with Action Animations?

Sorry about the Title, I really didn’t know how to go about asking this.

Well I have this character who emits a fireball from his mouth.

So I have this Shape key which allows him to open and close his mouth. I use this ShapeKey to open his mouth so he can shoot out the fire ball. But I also want him doing some sort of movement while he’s charging and spitting his fire ball. But I don’t know how to combine my Shape Key Animations with my Rig Animations. I’d like for both of these animations be as one, and name it as “Fire Ball”.

Any help would be appreciated.
