I did a quick (1h+) likeness blockout sculpting challenge for myself . Here’s the result:
Willem Dafoe?
Yup. I went with someone really characteristic to make it easier for me
another quick one. This time I tried Z-brush (just to get familiar with it)
apart from horrendous UI (the legends were true)
but after catching the basics the experience is not that different from blender after all
(I guess the most difference shows in advanced shapes and surface details)
I kept it really low poly to catch the basemesh form first.
Guesses who’s that and some focused critique is welcome
Cumberbatch?
Nope.
But they played together in a movie lately…
and a followup on Tilda Swinton (by the way I got the Cumberbatch mistake at home too that’s curious…)
I’m doing this one in Z-Brush for the first time ever (still feel a bit more confident in Blender but It’s not that bad for a start)
Now you say it, I can definitely see it
She’s got such a unique face that I don’t think many of the traditional female forms particularly apply to her.
