Quick Question: Pose Library... no buttons, no nothing?

Hi,I am about to animate a character… however, I don’t see any way to use the pose library.
I checked out some YT Tutorials but they all show stuff with eixsting poses and all of that.
I don’t even have a Button, which I saw on several screenshots, to add a pose…

Shouldn’t this be a no brainer? Am I a no brainer ?

Add a Pose you’ll find in the Action Editor, not the Pose Library directly
