I tested a few vine generators and finally bought Baga Ivy 2.0: 40 vine presets (leaves, flowers, fruits) as geometry nodes setups. You can cover an object quickly (simple propagation) or draw detailed 2-level growth structures. Lots of parameter to tweak. Love it!

I made simple test scenes for all varieties, tweaked some leaf materials. It’s a bit of work to get to know the add-on, but a great way to make a scene more lively.
