I quickly do a race track for fun.
I didn’t want to spend more time on it, I don’t know if I should have done something else.
Everything done in Blender, render with Blender render.
Some tire debris would be nice, I like the whole scene maybe clear up the track image add some debri maybe some tire walls and random objects such as a broken car part (fenders) 
but I like what you have!

Thats awesome! I too prefer the sepia effect. Could you try and get a tree shadow to cast on the road preferbly on the right side of the image? you could set a nice sun set tone 
check andrew price’s video on his grass esentials he throws in some tree shadows and they help alot
