Radial symmetry in blender grease pencil

Is there any way to make radial symmetry in blender grease pencil?
I’m not sure if anyone has done this before, but if anyone has any ideas then that would be greatly appreciated.

Its for a snowflake btw

I thought there was such a setting but cant find it.
As workaround you could user mirror modifier and empty offset:
