does the BGE support ragdolls?
Not 2.49, but I think 2.5 has that function.

Blender 2.49b definitely supports ragdolls, currently I am trying to make a universal setup to control ragdolls (walking, picking up stuff) because controlling ragdolls is the most tricky part
