Basically, the idea came from “The Dark Knight” Hong Kong Scene.
AND "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’.

For the 6 seconds animation, I rebuilt Hong Kong IFC.
To deal with the heat distortion, I emitted Red, Yellow and Green balls. First time using Nuke to composit as distortion.
(It is more obvious in animation)
